Hi, I’m Donald, the baker behind Five Frogs Farm, a family owned and operated small-batch gluten free bakery dedicated to celiac-safe baking.

For years, I struggled with constant stomach issues, fatigue, and nausea. After being told by multiple doctors that it was “just stress,” further testing finally gave me answers: celiac disease. That diagnosis changed everything. Gluten wasn’t just in bread and pasta — it was hidden in sauces, seasonings, and shared kitchen spaces, making eating out stressful and risky.

Finding high-quality gluten-free options can be challenging, and too often they fall short in flavor and texture. Five Frogs Farm was created to change that. Every recipe is carefully developed to deliver comfort, flavor, and that familiar homemade feeling — without compromise.

What began as a small farm stand offering food, I could trust grew into a mission to serve others who deserve to feel safe and included.
