At Five Frogs Farm, we take pride in carefully packaging and shipping your order, so it arrives fresh and in excellent condition. Please review the details of our shipping policy below.


Processing & Handling

  • Orders are typically processed within [1–3 business days] of being placed.
  • Orders placed at the end of the week will ship the following Monday to ensure fresh delivery. 
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.
  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight, destination, and carrier.
  • Standard delivery times are generally [2-3 business days] depending on your location.
  • Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout for an additional cost.
  • We currently ship within continental [United States] via express methods to ensure a fresh and safe delivery. Orders $50 or more will be eligible for free shipping. 
  • Free Shipping is available to select states in the Northeast of the United States. 

Local Pickup & Delivery (if applicable)

  • We offer free local farm pickup at 43 Wild Pasture Road, Kensington NH 03833 during designated hours.
  • Local delivery may be available within 10 mile radius for a flat fee. Please reach out to inquire about delivery.

Perishable Items

  • Some of our products are perishable and require special care. We may use insulated packaging, cold packs, or expedited shipping to ensure safe arrival.
  • Please plan to be home when your order is delivered. We are not responsible for items left unattended after delivery.

Shipping Delays

  • While we strive to ship orders promptly, delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Five Frogs Farm is not responsible for delays once an order has been handed off to the carrier.

Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact us at info@fivefrogsfarm.com within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and items.
  • If your order is lost in transit, we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
