All products are gluten-free, baked fresh, and made without preservatives. Proper storage and handling ensure the best taste and texture.

1. Receiving & Unpacking

  • Inspect all items immediately upon arrival.
  • Packaging is designed to maintain freshness during transit.
  • Remove all packaging and check for damage.

2. Storage Guidelines

Short-Term Storage

Room Temperature: Store most items in an airtight container for 2–3 days for best taste and texture.

Refrigeration

Refrigerate items you won’t consume within a few days in an airtight container.

Freezing (Recommended for Longer Storage)

  • Wrap tightly in freezer-safe bags or wrap.
  • Label with the date.
  • Freeze up to 2 months for best quality (varies by product).
  • Thaw at room temperature before heating.

Thawing

Remove from freezer and unwrap. Thaw at room temperature 30–60 minutes (varies by size).


3. Breads & Bagels

Products Covered: Gluten-Free Loaves, Bagels (4 Pack)

Upon Arrival: Slice bread immediately and freeze slices in airtight bags for up to 2 months.

Reheating (Preferred)

  • Oven/Toaster: 300–350°F (150–175°C) for 8–12 minutes. Lightly mist with water before heating.
  • Microwave: Wrap in damp paper towel, heat 15–30 seconds.

Bagels toast beautifully directly from frozen.


4. Pastries

Products Covered: Butter Croissants, Cinnamon Buns

Croissants

  • Room Temp: Up to 2 days (airtight container)
  • Freeze: Up to 1 month

Reheat:

  • From Room Temp: 350°F (175°C) for 5–7 minutes
  • From Frozen: 350°F (175°C) for 10–12 minutes (no thaw needed)

Cinnamon Buns

Frosting ships separately.

  • Oven: 300°F (150°C) for 8–10 minutes
  • Microwave: 20–30 seconds (single bun)

Add frosting after warming.


5. Savory & Pizza Crusts

Products Covered: Pizza Crust (2 Pack)

  • Preheat oven to 375–400°F (190–205°C)
  • Add toppings
  • Bake 10–15 minutes until crust edges are golden

6. Desserts, Cookies & Bars

Products Covered: Cookies, Brownies, Blondies, Whoopie Pies, Donuts, Specialty Bars

Storage

  • Room Temp: 3–5 days (airtight container)
  • Freeze: Up to 2 months

Optional Warming

  • Oven: 300°F (150°C) for 5–8 minutes
  • Microwave: 10–20 seconds

Whoopie pies and most cookies are ready to enjoy at room temperature.


7. Cakes & Cupcakes

Products Covered: Chocolate Cake (4"), Carrot Cake, Cupcakes

Storage

  • Room Temp: Best within 1–2 days
  • Refrigerate: 3–4 days (airtight)
  • Freeze (unfrosted preferred): Up to 2 months

Thawing

Thaw at room temperature 1–2 hours. Thaw frosted cupcakes uncovered to prevent condensation.

Heating (Unfrosted Only)

  • Microwave: 10–15 seconds
  • Oven: 275–300°F (135–150°C) for 5–7 minutes

Do not heat frosted cupcakes.


8. Pies

Products Covered: Apple, Pecan, Blueberry

Storage

  • Room Temp: Same day enjoyment
  • Refrigerate: 3–4 days
  • Freeze: Up to 2 months

Thawing

Refrigerator overnight or room temperature 2–4 hours.

Reheating

  • Whole Pie: 300–325°F (150–165°C) for 20–30 minutes (foil loosely placed)
  • Slice (Oven): 300°F (150°C) for 10–15 minutes
  • Slice (Microwave): 20–40 seconds (let stand 1 minute)

9. Serving Tips

  • Most items are delicious warm or at room temperature.
  • Avoid overheating to prevent drying.
  • Serve with butter, jam, whipped cream, or ice cream for an elevated experience.
